We bring 40 years of experience in sustainable development and proven innovation to your project. A custom lighting system we developed for a major commercial office fit-out used one-third as much electricity as a typical office building of its decade.

In 1975 it received the United States Department of Energy's first Energy Conservation Award. We are certified passive solar designers. A passive solar residence we designed in 1980 has been cited as the first passive solar building in southern New Jersey; it is heated primarily by the sun and cooled by natural air flow. Sustainable development reduces operating costs, which typically far exceed construction cost over the life of a facility. It may also have tax benefits and financial incentives for your project.
